Julie Cammarata, Principal Lobbyist
Julie is an active and respected lobbyist in Connecticut with thirty years' experience in Hartford. Julie understands how public policy is made from the inside, how it can be shaped and how to communicate effectively with key officials to influence outcomes.

In 2012, Julie started her own renewable energy-focused consulting firm, helping specialized renewable energy development clients realize market opportunities while advancing energy policy goals. Since then, CGA was formed to assist clients across a variety of policy areas, including but not limited to environmental conservation and wildlife regulation; waste management, recycling and reuse; energy markets and regulation; public health; and Second Amendment protections. The core philosophy of the firm remains: to help clients navigate the government terrain in a way that achieves their goals and protects their interests.
Julie served in Connecticut state government for ten years, first as an Aide in Governor’s Office and later at the Office of Policy and Management (OPM) in both Policy Coordinator and Policy Director positions. Once at OPM, Julie began lobbying the General Assembly and became well versed in the details of the state budget. Julie left state service to work as a Government Affairs Aide at ISO New England, the regional electric grid operator, and then as Government Affairs Director for the Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative. At CMEEC, Julie managed its state and federal government affairs program and consultants while also representing the organization on the ISO Markets Committee.
Julie grew up in Watertown, Connecticut and graduated from Holy Cross High School in Waterbury. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2000.

Julia Cammarata, Associate Lobbyist
Julia Cammarata is a life-long resident of Wolcott, Connecticut. Ever the optimist and team-builder, Julia participated in cheer from local recreational teams in elementary school all the way through college, where she also ran social media for the cheer program. Marketing and social media are a natural fit for Julia, who worked to set up several family businesses and volunteer organizations with an online presence, thereby increasing public engagement and, in turn, sales as well.

Victoria "Tori" Cammarata began producing client content materials for Cammarata Government Affairs even before she graduated from high school. Tori has always been the quiet, yet supremely smart one. Her instincts about public policy and current events are consistently spot on. Tori graduated from Holy Cross High School in Waterbury, Connecticut in 2019. then attended the University of Connecticut at Groton and Middlesex Community College, before enrolling in the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and completing coursework in filmmaking in 2024.
